Explaining cloud computing

Amy explains why enterprises should be interested in cloud computing. The advantages of the cloud computing are scalability, elasticity and cost-effectiveness - because it is delivered using a shared resource. The first applications using this model should be non-mission critical applications, like general collaboration applications, storage, customer relationship management (CRM) and security. The two key drivers for cloud computing are the globalization of business and the lower predictable cost of the model.
