Orange and Business Continuity Planning

Dan explains how Orange is protecting itself against pandemic and any kind of disaster. Orange developed its Business Continuity Plan with a pandemic scenario in mind, but it applies to all eventualities. The plan is in line with BS2599 best practices and considers the impact on staff, suppliers and international travel. Orange has planned for the worst case scenario of 35-40% of staff unable to get to the workplace for several weeks, while still being able to deliver 100% of its services, including installations and support.
