How Orange supports its customers in North America

Ken Prock leads the support team in North America and explains their role in supporting customers in the region. The team includes field engineers, service management, networks maintenance and service delivery. All the staff develop close relationships with their customers and are responsible for ensuring that the connectivity in their location is up and running in all situations - including hurricanes. They also ensure that they can deal with the majority of incidents immediately by carrying a top ten list of parts with them to every call out.
